# Finance Analyst – Mexico Payments## About the Role The Finance Analyst will support Amazon’s Mexico Payments business by focusing on financial planning, forecasting, and controllership activities. This role is crucial for building and maintaining Profit and Loss (P&L) models across various payment products and programs. The analyst will support the month-end close and reconciliation processes, prepare variance analyses, and contribute to governance efforts like Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and Monthly Financial Reviews (MFRs).Collaboration is a key aspect of this position, as the analyst will work closely with teams in Product, Risk, Accounting, BizOps, and Compliance. The objective is to ensure data accuracy while delivering actionable insights on payment performance, cost of payments (COP), and payment mix optimization.
