Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an entry-level Finance Analyst to support accounting and finance tasks on a project basis. You will engage in cost control, payroll, AP/AR, and month-end close activities to help deliver reliable financial reporting for project management.

Based on the East Coast, this role offers relocation and travel opportunities and a path to grow within a large, learning-focused construction leader. A bachelor’s in accounting/finance is required and 0-2 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent degree.
• 0-2 years' financial/data analysis experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience working with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and other key excel functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project accounting and finance functions.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting for project management.
• Handle cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and related processes.
• Learn and apply cost and revenue component processes for various project types.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance throughout financial activities.
