HP, Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst to own core planning processes across the Home Print Hardware business. You will manage OL, Budget, Quota, QEC, MEC, Exit Estimates, and corporate reporting, partnering with Category, FP&A, Corporate, and GBU teams.

The role emphasizes automation, scalable reporting, and strategic pricing insights, requiring strong Excel, SAC_P and Anaplan skills and the ability to deliver accurate, timely outcomes under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring financial deliverables for OL, Budget, Quota, QEC, MEC, and Exit Estimate cycles.
• Own MEC and QEC reporting end-to-end with market accuracy analysis.
• Partner with Planning Category Leads to shape the story behind the numbers.
• Oversee end-to-end costing for Home and Office Print Hardware to guide pricing.
• Provide timely cost inputs to regional and global teams to align planning.
• Drive FP&A, Congruence, SBTN, RMEC, and QDR deliverables end-to-end.
• Lead process improvements to reduce redundancy and accelerate insights.
• Collaborate with Central Category teams on SBTN, RMEC, OL Packages, QDR reporting.
