Fox Restaurant Concepts is seeking a Finance Analyst in Phoenix, AZ to support the FP&A team with reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses. You will build expertise on specific brands and contribute to planning and decision-making processes across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, collaboration with Operations and other departments, and opportunities to grow within the FP&A path. Bachelor-level finance or accounting background required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related analytical field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of financial reporting and analysis experience.
• Solid working knowledge of Excel with a desire to grow further.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reporting and close processes.
• Lead forecasting and planning activities.
• Handle ad hoc projects and analysis for management.
• Develop reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build subject matter expertise on brands within the portfolio.
• Explain complex analyses and forecasting results clearly to stakeholders.
