Job summary

Amazon’s AMZL & NASC finance team seeks a seasoned analyst to optimize opex savings on capital investments, partnering across finance, program management, and executives. You will influence planning cycles and strengthen controllership while driving scalable, automated processes.

You will work with large data tools (SQL, Cognos) and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards) to deliver accurate forecasts and insights, supporting leadership decisions and financial plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years applying KPIs to analyses and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or MBA plus 3+ years of finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Focus on opex savings of AMZL & NASC capital investments and partner with business units.
• Collaborate with finance analysts, program managers, and executives to align on opex savings.
• Design and implement processes to improve automation and scalability of activities.
• Manage planning cycles like WBR, MBR, and QBR with strong controllership.
• Prioritize high-impact work and solve complex cross-functional issues.
• Drive self-development and share knowledge within the Finance Community.
