Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is undergoing growth at an unprecedented level on a global scale. AMZL is Amazon's "Last Mile" delivery service, responsible for delivering packages to households and businesses across the planet. North American Sort Centers (NASC) is the "Middle Mile" part of the Amazon transportation organization which enables next day free delivery for Prime members and 7 days a week delivery for our customers. Every day several million packages from multiple fulfillment centers across the US and Canada arrive in one of the ~100 sort centers where they are sorted to specific AMZL delivery locations, improving truck utilization & shipping times, and reducing transportation costs - our growing presence in this space led Amazon to be one of the top 5 transportation operators on the planet.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all types of stakeholders, from other finance analysts, to program/project managers, to executives, across multiple business units within Amazon to collect key information to align on the opex savings of capital investments for forecasts and actuals. Provide best‑in‑class business partnership while providing strong controllership.
• Use judgment to prioritize high‑priority work and projects that maximize results for key stakeholders, while helping to solve complex problems that affect company‑wide decisions.
• Design and build processes & implement mechanisms that improve the level of automation and scalability of the aforementioned activities.
• Make thoughtful time‑management decisions independently. Prioritize work, resolve issues, meet deadlines, and seek feedback from your manager. Discern between urgent and non‑urgent issues and act accordingly to solve them.
