Job summary

ProPetro is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Frac service line by analyzing weekly and monthly operational and financial data, delivering insights, and guiding leaders to optimize results. The role collaborates on historical performance, trends, and strategic initiatives to drive informed decision-making.

The analyst will participate in monthly close, reforecast processes, and prepare materials for Frac P&L reviews, while ensuring adherence to company policies and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze financial reports to monitor performance.
• Support monthly Frac reforecast with trends and assumptions.
• Assist with month-end close and journal entries.
• Provide insights to business owners and assist SOX compliance.
