Job summary

Google Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Global Finance team. In this role you will develop financial models, forecast performance, and partner with data center design engineering to support strategic decisions across Google Cloud infrastructure.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a quantitative field and at least four years in FP&A or related work. The package includes a 15% bonus target, equity, and comprehensive benefits; location flexibility includes Sunnyvale, CA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, or related function.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize financial risks and opportunities; allocate resources effectively.
• Act as finance partner for data center design engineering organization.
• Architect and maintain sophisticated financial models; conduct NPV analyses for infrastructure investments.
• Drive large, matrixed programs across organizations, ensuring robust financial controls and cost optimization.
• Advocate optimization opportunities to improve the cost curve and overall competitiveness.
