In this FP&A role, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, collaborate with Product, Finance, and Capacity teams, and help steer pricing, investments, and strategy across Google Cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field.
• 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or related function.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
• Experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Manage the P&L for the Google Compute Engine product portfolio, providing in-depth analysis to optimize financial performance.
• Manage product strategy through monthly and quarterly gross margin reviews and financial forecasting.
• Partner with Product Management and Finance teams to drive business decisions, including product roadmap prioritization, internal and external pricing, and optimizing customer discounts.
• Support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives and New Product Introductions (NPI) by conducting unit economics analyses and Profit and Loss impact assessments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Align Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Operating Expenditure (OpEx) investments with demand and contribute to efficient resource allocations by partnering with Capacity and Product Finance teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Statistics or equivalent practical experience
