Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in related discipline with 3 years experience; MBA with 1 year.
• Experience in investment banking or management consulting.
• Biotech/pharma industry experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Ability to present to senior management and drive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare valuation analyses for licensing and M&A.
• Build merger consequence models for acquisitions.
• Evaluate in-licensing opportunities from a financial perspective.
• Test sensitivity of deal economics to key assumptions (synergies).
• Prepare deal summaries and present recommendations to senior leadership.
