Job summary

Eversource seeks an Associate Financial Analyst to assist in development, modeling and reporting of financial results against the corporate operating plan. The role supports monthly reports, budgeting tasks and cross‑functional financial coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) and 0–3 years’ experience, with strong MS Office skills and solid communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Zero to three years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Ability to communicate financial results to management.

Responsibilities

• Supports the production of the Monthly Financial Report and Monthly Projection Report.
• Assists in the annual budget process and related tasks.
• Reviews and validates financial model runs for the businesses.
• Communicates results and issues with financial information to management.
• Coordinates budgets and projections with cross‑functional inputs.
• Prepares information for executive leadership and board updates.
