Job summary

Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. is seeking a financial analyst to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger duties. This role supports cost rationalisation, management accounting and MIS reporting under the finance controller of Vespyr. Coordination with shared services and cross-functional teams is essential.

The candidate will handle monthly reporting deliverables, month-end close, and assist in audits, with emphasis on accuracy, deadlines and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of AP or manufacturing accounting experience.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.
• Experience in Oracle.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Global Shared Service for AP and ensure proper approvals.
• Review AP payments and obtain controller approval.
• Cut checks and mail to vendors.
• Maintain AP aging and reconcile with GL.
• Coordinate AR collections and reconcile AR aging.
• Assist with GL reconciliations, month-end close, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and support audits.
• Support cost rationalisation and budgeting.
• Coordinate with Sales, R&D and regulatory teams.
