Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses in real corporate contexts, verify valuation assumptions and underlying accounting, and craft judgments that teach models what defensible finance looks like.

You’ll stress-test three-statement models, trace drivers and calculations, and produce clear, CFO-ready analyses that challenge weak conclusions and promote rigorous finance thinking. Remote, flexible project-based work possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and working-capital logic.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions the model's math doesn't support.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a number you'd put in front of a CFO.
