Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses on real corporate scenarios and verify the underlying accounting and valuation assumptions. You’ll craft judgments that teach models what defensible finance work looks like, with emphasis on accuracy and clarity.

In this role, you’ll stress-test three-statement linkages, expose model gaps, and write concise, CFO-ready conclusions.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios, focusing on three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and working-capital logic.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions unsupported by the model's math.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a CFO-ready number.
