Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. In this role, you will become an AI coach, crafting questions on Finance-related topics and assessing the writing of other contributors.

Services You Will Provide

• Assess the factuality and relevance of texts produced by AI models using your domain expertise
• Craft and answer questions related to your field to help train AI models
• Evaluate and rank responses generated by AI models

Required Expertise

• PhD, Master's Degree, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Finance or a related field
• English fluency, both written and spoken

Desirable Expertise

• AI and machine learning knowledge
• Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.)

Payment

Pay rates range from $30 to $40 per hour USD, based on expertise, skills, location, and project needs. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Some phases or projects may have different rates or incentives.
