Supports the Treasury department by formulating, proposing, and implementing interest rate risk and debt placement strategies to achieve the corporate business plan.
Degree or equivalent experience desired
Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Knowledge of effective self‑management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Knowledge of the structure, attributes, uses, terminology and processing of basic derivatives; ability to use knowledge of derivatives appropriately.
Knowledge of the products, types, competitors, customer base, major issues and regulatory considerations in the financial markets; ability to apply financial market knowledge to various business environments.
Knowledge of the responsibilities, regulations, and business practices of investment banking; ability to operate mutual funds, securities and bonds, corporate debt underwriting, or mergers and acquisitions.
This position requires incumbents to be onsite in the Nashville main office 5 days per week.
