Job summary

Cat Financial, a subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc., seeks a Treasury professional to support the Treasury department by formulating and implementing interest rate risk and debt placement strategies that align with the corporate business plan. You will produce monthly and quarterly management reports covering external debt, liquidity forecasts, and asset-liability metrics.

Role Definition

Supports the Treasury department by formulating, proposing, and implementing interest rate risk and debt placement strategies to achieve the corporate business plan.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible of high complexity including conducting financing alternatives analysis, executing derivative trades and debt capital markets transactions, analyzing financial statements, and managing cash assets and bank accounts.
  • Lead projects to conclusion by compiling information, analyzing data, recommending and implementing solutions, and providing information and analysis used to make and/or influence business decisions. Typically, projects and decisions will impact medium to high-risk issues.
  • Expected to provide technical expertise and guidance to peers and recommendations to management on finance-related matters.
  • Produce monthly/quarterly reports for management on a wide variety of topics including external debt, liquidity forecasts, interest rate and F/X valuations, and asset-liability management.

Additional Information

This position requires incumbents to be onsite in the Nashville main office 5 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Summary Pay Range:

$74,124.00 - $118,608.00
