Position Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and program-related financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Review financial data to ensure accurate and timely billing while identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Prepare monthly financial projections, budget variance reports, and forecasts for Program Managers
• Monitor and validate program expenses to ensure proper allocation and budget compliance
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation for assigned programs
• Analyze budget-to-actual results and provide insight into financial variances and trends
• Partner with Program Managers to track budgets, monitor spending, and identify financial risks and opportunities
• Support month-end and year-end reporting processes through accurate recordkeeping and financial documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
