Job description

We are a digital health therapeutics company operating across SEA, focused on the intersection of mental health and physical chronic diseases. We combine behavioral science, psychology, data science, and digital design to help companies, healthcare providers, and ultimately, people, achieve a healthier lifestyle.

1. Full sets of accounting including AP, AR, GL, Payroll, etc. Basic accounting knowledge required.
2. Working closely on B2B client invoicing, managing collections, and ensuring a smooth invoicing process.
3. Basic understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., VAT, PPh).
4. Familiarity with Indonesian financial and tax compliance requirements.
5. Good communication skills are essential, as the role involves speaking to department heads, external financial institutions, etc.
6. Work closely with company auditors to finalize our annual financial audit.
7. Handle payroll calculations for the organization, including statutory payments.
8. Assist with financial due diligence and investor update requests from external parties.
9. Participate in process automation projects related to Accounting and Finance, e.g., invoicing and payments.

What we are looking for:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (mandatory).
2. 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
3. Fresh graduates with strong internship or academic projects will also be considered.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
5. Familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
6. Basic understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations.
7. Must be able to communicate in English (spoken and written) to work with HQ.
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
10. Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn.
11. Comfortable working remotely or independently with regional teams.
