Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy; augmentative and alternative communication; mental health counseling, applied behavior analysis, and early intervention services.

This role is remote and can be performed from anywhere in the US, but candidates in Arizona, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Texas are preferred.

Remote Business Finance Analyst

As a Business Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying inefficiencies and driving impactful changes across our finance operations.

What You’ll Do :

1. Audit and analyze all areas of financial operations to uncover inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
2. Understand the full scope of our business process management to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.
3. Design and implement alternative workflows to optimize business processes and oversee execution and outcomes.
4. Gather and act on feedback to continuously improve processes and performance.
5. Stay informed on trends and updates in financial software and tools.
6. Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve key business and financial issues.

What We’re Looking For :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
2. 2–3 years of related experience, preferably in the Human Services field.
3. Strong typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
4. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
