Job summary

PODS is seeking a leader in finance automation and AI. This role involves owning the AI and automation agenda across all finance functions reporting to the CFO. You'll set the finance AI roadmap, build a data backbone, and apply predictive capabilities to enhance analytics.

The ideal candidate has a strong finance background, hands-on AI/ML experience, and a proven track record in driving transformative projects. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for analytical master's degrees.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10+ years of experience in corporate finance or digital finance transformation.
• Experience evaluating or deploying machine learning or intelligent automation solutions.
• High proficiency with data analytics tooling and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the finance AI/automation roadmap.
• Build the data backbone for analytics and modeling.
• Apply predictive ML in forecasting and anomaly detection.
