Job summary

IMEG Corporation in Rock Island, IL is seeking a Finance & Accounting Systems Analyst to optimize financial software and support the accounting team. You will audit processes in accounting software, collaborate with stakeholders, and train users on system functionality and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field required.
• Associates degree or certificate preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience required OR minimum 5 years in accounting/finance/information systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit processes in VP, EleVia, Power BI, Avalara, FinQuery, and other accounting software.
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss findings and researched solutions.
• Review workflows and stored procedures and discuss improvements with stakeholders.
• Assist with reviewing RDL files for accuracy.
• Audit finance and accounting processes and present solutions.
• Review platform performance reporting for issues.
• Investigate process questions with stakeholders and prioritize with manager.
• Review sync logs between finance and other platforms and communicate resolutions.
• Periodically review Bot performance with stakeholders for improvements.
• Support user tickets and train finance team members on system use.
