Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a motivated finance intern to join our team. You will gain hands-on experience in accounting tasks, including processing invoices, performing reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting.

The role offers mentorship and exposure to payroll processes within a dynamic corporate finance environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals, develop strong Excel and analytic skills, and contribute to month-end closes and ad-hoc

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced finance team.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Anticipated graduation date in 2028.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing and review for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in monthly reconciliations of bank and other records.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting tasks.
• Contribute to audit preparations by organizing docs.
• Participate in month-end close activities and ad-hoc projects.
