Job summary

BrainWorks in Lititz, PA seeks an Accounting/Finance Specialist for a 6-month on-site training period, then a semi-hybrid schedule. The role pays 25–28 USD per hour for a 37.5-hour week, in the insurance industry, with exposure to invoicing, reporting, and operations finance outside traditional GL accounting.

You will work with Excel on large data sets, support client invoicing, and collaborate across teams to improve processes and day-to-day workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting/finance work experience; internships count.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
• Comfort with data, systems, and recurring processes.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, billing, or similar (internships count!) OR 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP required)
• Comfort working with data, systems, and recurring processes
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
