• Investigate and help resolve complex accounting and reporting discrepancies.
• Support rotations through 4–5 Finance departments and drive critical initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencies in financial processes.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Support core financial operations: Prepare journal entries, complete account reconciliations, and provide essential audit support as needed within various Finance departments.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting: Assist with financial statement analysis, create and analyze reports, and prepare presentations for different stakeholders.
• Resolve accounting and reporting discrepancies: Investigate and help resolve complex accounting and reporting issues to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Drive special projects and critical initiatives: Support projects related to sales incentives, inventory management, and cost reductions, collaborating with fellow RDP team members.
• Implement process improvements: Identify opportunities and implement enhancements to increase efficiencies across financial processes, often involving large datasets.

The Must-Haves

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Accounting Specialization, completed prior to the program start. This is an early career role.
• Experience: One year of experience working on projects involving large amounts of data, and two years of experience working with Excel.
• Skills: Financial analysis, accounting principles, problem solving, project management, process improvement, and financial reporting.
