Job summary

The Wonderful Company offers an 18–24 month Associate Analyst rotation in Finance & Accounting, with placements across iconic brands such as FIJI Water and Wonderful Pistachios. You will rotate through accounting and finance teams, build core skills, and prepare for Analyst-level opportunities.

Cohorts begin February 2027 or July 2027, pending graduation date. You’ll engage in month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc projects, while exposure to senior leaders and mentorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Coursework or applicable experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Self-starter mentality and initiative; curiosity for learning and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities including preparing and posting journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, analyzing variances and drawing conclusions from data.
• Support completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and review of KPIs.
• Assist with consolidation budgets and long-range forecasts.
• Prepare financial analyses in areas such as performance, working capital, and investments.
• Support year-end audit, internal reporting, and tax filings.
