Job summary

CJ Bio America is seeking a Manager of Finance & Accounting to oversee accounting records and financial statements, collaborate with HQ in Korea, and drive process improvements. This role requires bilingual Korean/English communication, strong financial controls, and experience in manufacturing accounting.

The successful candidate will manage treasury, external audits, and staff, ensuring compliance with K-SOX and corporate policies while reporting to the CFO.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of directly related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of directly related work experience.
• Bilingual in Korean and English required.
• Manufacturing accounting knowledge experience required.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting records and prepare financial statements and reports.
• Lead process improvements and establish standard work in the accounting department.
• Coordinate external audits and tax reporting with HQ in Korea.
• Provide financial analysis to support senior management decisions.
• Forecast cash flows and manage treasury operations and bank relationships.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff according to policy.
