Job summary

Deloitte seeks an Accounting Manager to join the Global Finance team. You will manage daily accounting operations, oversee the general ledger, and ensure IFRS compliance across the UK subsidiaries.

You will lead month-end closes, prepare financial statements, and coordinate internal controls and external audits while partnering with business leads to drive accurate reporting. Hybrid working in UK offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent required.
• CPA preferred; ability to guide and influence executives.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Experience with IFRS and statutory reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Close month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.
• Prepare financial statements per IFRS standards and internal policies.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Lead UK Companies House filings and UK GAAP transitions.
• Develop internal controls and drive process improvements.
