Job summary

Hoxton Circle is seeking a Manager, Accounting & Finance to join their commercial team, overseeing client reporting, profitability analysis, and contract compliance on multi-million dollar international deals.

The role sits at the heart of commercial management, partnering with Commercial Directors on negotiations and building strong client relationships, with opportunities to grow expertise across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional accounting qualification, or equivalent practical experience, in commercial, accounting, finance, international business, or a related field
• Have at least three years in accounting, finance, or commercial finance.
• Minimum 2 years in a people leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Managing accurate and timely client and internal reporting, including revenue, profitability, and contract compliance
• Analyzing financial performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and delivering clear reporting to key internal stakeholders
• Independently completing forecasts, budgets, and month end deliverables
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders, managing communication proactively and keeping alignment with agency objectives
• Ensuring compliance with client contract terms across local markets, supporting audits, and developing commercial proposals that meet client needs and drive revenue growth

Job description

A leading global media and marketing services organization is looking for a Manager, Accounting & Finance to join their commercial team. This role sits at the center of client commercial management, working on complex negotiations for multi-million dollar international contracts with some of the world's most recognizable brands. You'll manage your own client portfolio and partner closely with Commercial Directors on larger, more complex deals, with real scope to grow your commercial expertise over time.

Note this role operates 3 days a week onsite.
