Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an experienced Financial Reporting accountant to join our Finance team. You will ensure US GAAP compliance, prepare external financial statements, and support audits while helping optimize reporting systems.

You will drive technical accounting research (ASC 718/815/842), implement Workiva for controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable scalable, transparent reporting as the company grows in AI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification.
10+ years accounting experience including public accounting.
US GAAP and SEC reporting experience a plus.
Hands-on with Workiva or similar platforms for reporting.
Proficiency in Excel; Python/SQL for reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review external financial reporting deliverables in accordance with US GAAP.
Execute month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes with cross-functional teams.
Conduct technical accounting research and document complex transactions (ASC 718, ASC 815, ASC 842).
Support Workiva implementation and daily use for reporting controls.
Coordinate with external auditors and support audit procedures.
Contribute to ICFR design and maintenance and collaborate with Finance Systems for ERP integrations.
Develop accounting policies and procedures; align with Legal, Tax, IR and Equity teams.
Engage in special projects including system implementations and reporting automation.
