Job summary

Brunswick Corporation in Mettawa, IL invites students to join a Finance & Accounting Internship, a high-impact summer program designed to expose you to corporate finance, accounting, and business operations while helping develop future finance leaders.

You will own projects, work with senior leaders, and gain hands-on experience solving real business challenges in a hybrid environment. This program feeds into the Financial Leadership Development Program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with an expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.3 and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and full-time (40 hours/week).
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact finance and accounting projects from scope to final presentation.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers.
• Develop financial models, reports, dashboards, and tools for decision-making.
• Partner with finance and business leaders to evaluate opportunities and solve challenges.
• Present updates to finance and business leaders with actionable insights.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in mentorship and networking throughout the internship.
