Ideal candidates are enrolled in accounting, finance, or business administration and proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Pay is $26 per hour with exposure to JD Edwards, Citrix/HeavyJob, ADRA, and OnBase.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in accounting, finance, or business administration degree.
• Strong MS Office and communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and quarterly closings, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Assist with accounts receivable, payable, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Enter data into accounting systems such as JD Edwards, Citrix/HeavyJob, ADRA, and OnBase.
• Run and build financial reports.
• Support special projects as directed by Controllers, Payroll Manager, or CFO.
• Support the Accounting department with general accounting functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
