Qualifications

• Enrolled in a community college, college, or university.
• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Completed at least two semesters of coursework or currently enrolled as a Sophomore or higher.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Support invoice processing and payment tracking
• Help reconcile accounts and financial transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Support budgeting and financial reporting projects
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management
