Job summary

The Business Program at OSU-Cascades in Bend, Oregon, invites applications for one or more fixed-term, non-tenure-track instructor positions to teach on a term-by-term basis for 2025-2026 and Fall Term 2026. Some appointments may be renewed or transitioned to instructional roles at the Dean's discretion.

Successful candidates will teach undergraduate Finance or Accounting courses on campus. Start dates include Sept 16, 2025, Dec 16, 2025, Mar 16, 2026, or Sept 16, 2026; positions are located in

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field is required.
• Teaching experience at the college/university level is expected.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching and equity in the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate Finance or Accounting courses on campus.
• Complete course assessments and continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
• Advise and mentor students as part of assigned duties.
