Job summary

Oregon State University — Cascades in Bend, Oregon, is recruiting one or more fixed-term, non-tenure-track Instructor positions to teach undergraduate General Business Administration and Management courses on a term-by-term basis for 2025–2026 and Fall 2026. Appointments may renew at the Dean’s discretion and may be on-campus or hybrid.

Start dates include Sept 16 2025, Dec 16 2025, Mar 16 2026, or Sept 16 2026; teaching responsibilities emphasize student learning, assessment, and advising.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in an appropriate field.
• PhD or terminal degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience teaching at the undergraduate level and commitment to inclusive education.
• Ability to design, teach and assess courses supporting inclusive learning.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in General Business Administration and Management.
• Complete course assessments and continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
• Advise and mentor students, maintain office hours and records.

Education

Master’s degree in Business Administration or International Business

PhD or terminal degree in related field

Teaching experience at college/university level
