You will work with business users, SMEs and process owners to document current processes, map workflows, and identify automation opportunities that deliver measurable ROI.

This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience with Visio, Jira, and Confluence to document requirements and support UAT and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Process Consulting, or Automation Discovery.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Knowledge of RPA/Intelligent Automation concepts.
• Experience with process mapping and documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, or Confluence.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• 12+ years experience as Process/Business Analyst with min 2-4 years in Finance & Accounting domain.
• Engage with business users, SMEs, and process owners to understand current processes and pain points.
• Identify and qualify automation opportunities based on feasibility, complexity, and business value.
• Conduct process walkthroughs, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Prepare process documentation, process maps, and Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
• Gather business requirements, process metrics, volumes, and exception scenarios.
• Support UAT, user adoption, and implementation activities.
• Maintain and manage the automation opportunity pipeline.
