Job summary

Highwinds, based in Puerto Rico, is seeking an Accounting & Finance Analyst to help keep the financial engine running accurately and on time. You will report to the CFO and support day-to-day accounting operations across receivables, payables, reconciliations, and month-end close while aiding leadership in cash flow insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting or financial analysis in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online and strong Excel skills.
• Understanding GAAP, accrual accounting, and month-end close process.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support AR/AP operations, invoicing, payouts, and collections tracking.
• Perform bank, payment processor, and QuickBooks reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation for audits and filings.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and management reporting.
• Prepare cash flow and working capital analysis for leadership.
