• Maintain the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Responsible for AP, AR, and vendors.
• Track investments and other accounting processes.
• Ensure timely filing of payroll tax returns and monthly IVU, and compliance with tax regulations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare documentation for and support internal and external audits.
• Identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments by providing financial analysis and supporting business initiatives.

About the Role

The Accountant will report directly to the corporation's partners and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience managing multiple entities or subsidiaries (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
