HB NEXT is a fast-growing software and services company serving Construction, Industrial, and Utility industries. We seek a Finance & Accounting Analyst in Lawrenceville, GA to join the corporate finance team and support critical initiatives with the CFO, executives, and investors.

The role offers exposure to broad finance functions, including monthly close, financial analysis, budgeting, and dashboards, in a high-growth environment with mentorship from senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• 0–2 years of finance, accounting, or analytics experience (internships included).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly accounting close and financial reporting process.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support growth, acquisitions, or investments.
• Drive annual budgeting and forecasting with business leaders.
• Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards for leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements across finance and accounting operations.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
