Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking career-minded final-year Family Practice and Internal Medicine Residents to join our Worcester, MA team. OptumCare provides clinical resources and a mission to improve care for communities.

The program offers a generous guaranteed salary in final year, mentorship from experienced physicians, and exposure to value-based care and population health initiatives. You will transition from training to practice with support and flexibility.

Competenze

• MD or DO
• Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or early into their final year.
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts
