You will be part of a clinician-led system that supports your transition from training to practice, with mentorship and exposure to value-based care models across ambulatory settings.

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities

• Mentorship from experienced physicians within your future practice easing transition from training into practice
• The customized program will be completed at Reliant Medical Group Westborough and/or virtually with deep exposure to primary and specialty care the practice environment that will require a commitment of only a few hours per month (1-3 hours).

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $40.00 - $60.00 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
