Job summary

American StaffCorp is seeking an Assembly Run Tech for our Oklahoma facility to handle final stages of the assembly line, including mechanical integration and electrical verification. You will ensure motors, wiring, and electrical components are correctly installed and operational before shipping.

The role emphasizes reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints with hands-on use of multimeters, wire strippers, and crimpers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, electrical assembly, wiring, or motor testing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Experience with multimeters, wire strippers, crimpers, and standard tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/bend during the day shift.
• Technical certification in electrical work or industrial maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Electrical testing & inspection of motors and wiring against schematics.
• Final assembly run: wire and power up products for runtime testing.
• Mechanical integration: route wiring and secure subassemblies.
• Quality assurance: inspect units for defects and alignment.
• Documentation: record test data and pass/fail metrics.
• Safety: follow OSHA guidelines and LOTO procedures.
