Job summary

Electronic Technologies International, Inc. is hiring a Quality Technician in Fort Atkinson, WI to perform final inspection of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and PCB assemblies.

You will ensure conformance to customer drawings, BOMs, and IPC workmanship standards, serving as the final gate before shipment. During 90–120 days of structured training across ACH and ETI facilities, you will build expertise in wire harness and PCB inspection and support continuous improvement efforts with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing inspection experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to interpret BOMs and assembly documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual inspection.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, box build assemblies, and PCB assemblies.
• Verify all products conform to customer drawings, specifications, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Ensure all products meet IPC workmanship requirements (IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-A-610).
• Verify labeling, serialization, packaging, documentation, and customer-specific requirements.
• Complete inspection documentation accurately and maintain product traceability.
• Approve or reject finished products based on acceptance criteria.
• Support wire harness and PCB inspection (primary at ACH and ETI).
• Communicate defects to Production and Quality Manager; verify rework effectiveness.
