Job summary

Electronic Technologies International (ETI) and American Cable and Harness (ACH) are seeking a Process Design Engineer in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin to support new product introduction, process development, and manufacturing optimization across PCB and cable/wire harness assembly.

You will work closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Sales to improve efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and ensure processes meet customer and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing/process engineering
• Experience with PCB assembly and cable/wire harness assembly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operator instructions, assembly documentation, and manufacturing procedures
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, throughput, and efficiency
• Support New Product Introduction launches and ECNs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and smooth product transitions
