Job Description

In Final Pack, we work as a team, always collaborating and helping each other to satisfy the needs of our three main customers: Planning, Shipping, and Warehouse.

Our key focus is to maintain or increase our efficiency while ensuring high-quality products and a safe environment, delivering pieces on time in full.

Qualifications
  • Technical education in Mechanics.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as a machine operator; line leader experience is preferable, especially with high-speed production lines.
  • Preferred experience with cardboard manual processing.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) with peers and leaders.
  • Good math skills, ability to read a tape measure, understand fractions and decimals, and convert between them.
  • Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with computers in a manufacturing setting (e.g., Easy HMI, electronic settings, troubleshooting faults/alarms).
  • Experience with minor mechanical repairs (e.g., jams, using tools, making basic adjustments).
  • Experience with conducting preventative maintenance (e.g., inspecting and maintaining equipment, detecting and correcting issues before they occur).
  • Physical ability to lift/pull/push 50 lbs. up to 50% of the shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for prolonged periods (up to 12 hours/day) as needed.
Work Hours and Compensation

Hours are 7 am - 7 pm on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Pay is $20.70/hr.
