Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Specialist to deliver merchandise to customers within assigned markets, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while providing Legendary Customer Experience. You will build trusted relationships, offer seasoned advice, resolve issues, and handle returns as required.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, vehicle checks, and coordinating with store personnel and field sales to meet customers' needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• DOT Medical Card as required.
• Must be 21+ and meet MVR requirements.
• Experience with hand truck, dolly, pallet jack and forklift preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers in assigned market, meeting delivery times.
• Operate and maintain a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload and organize products; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns during delivery.
• Communicate updates to customers; coordinate with store and field sales teams.
• Handle returns/exchanges and protect product integrity during transport.
