Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Richmond, MI is seeking a Delivery Driver for Final Mile. You will deliver purchased merchandise to customers, maintain a safe vehicle, and provide a Legendary Customer Experience with helpful product guidance and timely communication.

This role requires a strong safety focus, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and reliable attendance. You will coordinate with store teams and ensure on-time deliveries in all weather, supporting our customers throughout the delivery process.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Must be 21+ with 3+ years driving experience.
• Experience with hand truck, dolly, pallet jack and forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers within assigned market.
• Maintain a clean delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication.
• Coordinate with field sales and store personnel to meet customer needs.
• Follow traffic laws and company policies for safe driving.
