Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Driver - Final Mile (Part-Time) in Cedar Springs, MI. You will deliver purchased merchandise to customers, ensuring safe transport and a Legendary Customer Experience through building trusted relationships and offering seasoned advice.

You will load/unload, perform vehicle checks, maintain delivery records, and work with store personnel and the field sales team to satisfy customer needs. A valid license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Experience driving a delivery vehicle is a plus.
• Must be 21 years or older and have at least 3 years of driving experience; meet MVR requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; DOT Medical Card as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Ensure timely deliveries, meeting or exceeding scheduled delivery times.
• Operate and maintain a delivery vehicle and associated equipment.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships.
• Coordinate with field sales and store personnel to meet customer needs.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or customer inquiries as needed.
