Responsibilities

• Deliver purchased merchandise to customers in a timely, safe manner.
• Load/unload and organize products for delivery using proper equipment.
• Inspect delivery vehicle before and after trips and maintain records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues during delivery.
• Follow traffic laws and company policies; assist field team as needed.
• Handle returns or inquiries and communicate updates to customers.
