Job summary

Modern Industries, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to perform final inspections against engineering prints using CMMs and gauges. You will document measurements, report status, and identify nonconforming material, supporting product release through FAI and customer inspections.

The role requires HS diploma or GED and at least 3 years of inspection experience, with preference for semiconductor or aerospace knowledge. Sign-on bonus may apply and standard manufacturing procedures apply.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required with 3 years inspection experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications and certifications.
• Experience with SPC and measurement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections to conform to customer prints and specs.
• Report product status, record turn-backs, and identify nonconforming material.
• Prepare documentation for reporting data, SPC plans, and inspection results.
• Perform FAI submittals to customers and assist product release as required.
• Follow plans and procedures to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
